Promenade Park Towers by Liberty Development Corporation will locate at 1 Promenade Circle in Vaughan which will be the revitalization of the Promenade Mall. The major intersection of this new project is Bathurst & Clark Avenue. There will be 4 towers with residential and mixed-use building containing offices and a hotel. Among those four, three of them will be residential building with heights of 28, 30, and 35 storeys. The three residential buildings will have a total of 1,066 units. The first two buildings which will be rise 35 and 30 storeys is sharing the podium level which is for 6 storeys and it will be occupying the current footprint of the former Sears space. Lastly, the mixed-use building of offices and hotel will have 24,392 square metres of office spaces and 15,203 square metres of hotel space with 156 suites.
